Transport
Messages are additionally encrypted between the app and the server.
Translation
For translation, the server sends the readable text to an AI service that we instruct not to store anything. Processing takes place in Europe.
Limits
palu has no certifications and no central user administration. AI translations can contain errors. Check important details directly.
Moderation
When participants speak different languages, messages are automatically checked for threats, serious insults and sexual harassment. The check can be wrong.
Account
palu needs no email address and no phone number. The account can be deleted in the app. Minimum age: 16. No ads, no sale of data, no access to the address book.
