How do I add someone?
Tap plus in the chat list. There you enter the other person's eight-character code, or you show and scan a QR code. The chat then appears for both of you.
How do I see the original text?
Tap the message. Tap again to return to the translation.
A translation makes no sense. What can I do?
Press and hold the message and choose "I don't understand this". The AI then explains it in your language. Translations are made by an AI and can contain mistakes. Check important details such as amounts or dates directly with the other person.
How do I change the tone?
Open the menu in the chat and choose "Translation". There you set relationship, style and age. Under "Advanced" you can add your own rules of up to 500 characters.
Why was my message not delivered?
The AI checks texts for threats, severe insults and sexual harassment. Only the sender sees messages that were held back. The filter can get it wrong. Each account can also send at most 500 messages per day.
How do I report or block someone?
To report, press and hold the message and choose "Report". Block is in the menu of a one-to-one chat. You can leave a group from the group's menu.
I have a new iPhone. What happens to my account?
Sign in on the new iPhone with the same Apple ID and your account is back.
How do I delete my account?
Open the settings in the app and choose "Delete account". After you confirm, the account and all messages are deleted.
